Jeffrey Aaron & Associates, L.L.C., was born out of need. Really.
While in college, Aaron worked on a small daily newspaper in the South. His roommate was its editor. Twenty years later, he emailed Aaron to ask if he could cover an event at a Washington embassy that his university had partnered with. He would do it, but his travel budget was cut.
A 40-minute roundtrip by car, a couple of hours talking with people, a few pictures, and three hours researching, writing, and fine-tuning a story equals done...and for a fraction of the price his university would have spent.
Aaron has covered politics, local, state and federal, for years. He has worked on and off Capitol Hill since the age of 18. He knows the corporate and cultural climate of the Hill. He has moved through its corridors with every president since Ronald Reagan. He knows who to talk with to get a story and he knows how to take complex information and transform it into meaningful content.
He has worked in print and broadcast journalism, garnering state and national awards.
Educated in journalism at Georgia Southern University and English at the University of Georgia, Aaron studied under the Pulitzer Prize-winning short story writer and novelist Peter Taylor, who Time magazine said "writes prose as clear as a fine pane of glass."
